At HLH Group, May has been a whirlwind of activity. We’ve had a surge in candidate applications and welcomed numerous new clients launching exciting projects across Sydney and NSW. Our skilled labourers, carpenters, electricians, TAs, and more have been hard at work on various residential and commercial projects.

Darkness into Light & Permanent Recruitment

Our permanent recruitment team has been diligently filling client requests, ensuring top-quality service as always. The positive vibe in our office has been fantastic, thanks to our commitment to monthly team social events. This month, we participated in the Darkness into Light charity walk. Despite a few sleepyheads, our team gathered at 4:30 AM on May 10th in Bondi and braved the rain for a 5k walk supporting this amazing charity, which has its roots in Ireland. It was heartwarming to see so many people come together for such a worthy cause, and our team truly enjoyed the experience.

Business Development & Client Success

This month has been exceptionally busy and rewarding for our recruitment team as we focused on business development. We’ve successfully filled numerous roles, from permanent positions to ongoing labour hire assignments. Our commitment to building strong relationships with clients and candidates has taken us to various sites, including a memorable visit to Vaucluse House.

During this visit, Jamie had the pleasure of meeting a very satisfied new client, who expressed delight with the quality of workers we provided. Personal visits, complemented by coffees and chocolates, have proven to be a wonderful way to strengthen these new connections. We are thrilled to have such a valued client on board and look forward to many more successful collaborations. Thank you to our team and clients for a fantastic month!

Exciting New Initiatives

We’ve also introduced our client referral scheme. Clients who refer potential new clients to us can win a $1,000 Flight Centre voucher! Unsurprisingly, our phones have been ringing off the hook since we announced this on social media. It’s just one of the ways we’re showing our appreciation for our clients’ trust and support.
