All Our Traffic Controllers Are Fully Qualified

At Hunter Labour Hire all our traffic controllers are required to be fully licensed. The scope we can supply ranges from basic traffic controllers with Traffic Control (blue) card, those that can implement traffic control plans (yellow) card and those that can prepare traffic management plans (red) card.

Our traffic controllers can be supplied for day or night shifts for a minimum hire period of 4 hours up to the full duration of your project.

Labour Hire Locations Covered

All our traffic controllers are available to work anywhere within the Sydney Metropolitan area at short notice from Bankstown to Brookvale, we can also cater to clients throughout the NSW area. Where ever the job is we will do our best to provide the right traffic controllers, at the right time at the right price.

Fully Vetted Traffic Controllers

All our traffic controllers are fully vetted by our screening process. Our screening process involves the following steps.

1. We only consider applications from people with the pre-requisite qualifications and a valid white card, and any other necessary tickets.
2. We then draw up a shortlist of candidates who initially interviewed over the phone.
3. Following a successful interview on the phone we then conduct a face-to-face interview which includes a document check to ensure the prospective employee have the documentation they are required to i.e. white card and blue cards.
4. Once the applicants have been successful in the previous stages we then conduct a reference check to verify their backgrounds.
5. Pending success at each of the previous stages the applicant then becomes a member of the Hunter Labour Hire team and are now ready to work for our clients.

Hunter Labour Hire is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, contractors, clients and visitors. We strive to operate incident and injury free worksites and understand that it is crucial to provide our people with the right tools to deliver safe outcomes via our Integrated Management System (IMS).

All our traffic controllers have a valid white card and adhere to the site-specific PPE requirements including hardhats, high visibility clothing and steel-toecap boots. We ensure that they have all the required training and tickets to complete the job in hand. We carry out routine site inspections to ensure our employees are working in a safe environment and adhering to the site rules.
