Hunter Labour Hire was founded in 2015 with a simple goal “to supply quality labour hire quickly and safely.”

Our client base ranges from large tier two construction companies, to medium sized subcontractors down to sole traders, each client is valued as much as the other and they all receive the same personal and professional service. We have continued to receive great feedback from our ever-expanding client base and as a result now have over 200 active clients in the Sydney construction industry.

HLH understand that each of our clients have different labour hire and recruitment needs. Some clients want additional staff for a few days, some for a few months and some clients are looking for full time staff to join their team permanently. General Labourers

We can supply you with experienced and reliable general labourers at short notice throughout Metro Sydney area for both short term and long term projects at great rates.

Skilled Labourers

All of our skilled labourers have a minimum of two years’ construction experience. A large number of them have overseas trade qualifications and experience.

Carpenters

Our carpenters are required to be fully qualified in their trade either with an Australian qualification or the international equivalent as well as having suitable experience.

Electricians

All our electricians are required to be fully qualified as an electrician, to hold a valid NSW electrical licence and to have adequate work experience in Sydney and abroad.

Plumbers

At HLH all our plumbers are qualified and hold a valid NSW Plumbing license. We supply plumbers with suitable skills for your project.

Bricklayers

We supply bricklayers for hire that have the necessary skills and experience to finish your project on time and within budget.

Traffic Controllers

We have traffic controllers to hire that have white and blue cards as well as the high level of experience required to manage traffic safely & effectively.

Ticketed Labourers

We regularly receive requests for labourers and tradespeople with specific construction tickets and licences.

Operators

We have a large pool of plant and machinery operators with various tickets & skills and will do our best to supply you with the most suitable candidate for your job.

Scaffolders

All our scaffolders hold a valid scaffolding ticket such as Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolding, Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets.

Our job applicants are phone screened and then interviewed face to face so that we can be sure that we maintain a high quality and standard of employees. We carry out VEVO (Visa Entitlement Verification Online) Checks to ensure all potential employees have to right to work in Australia.
